How our salon schedules & why:

🐾 Block scheduling means you can pre-book grooming appointments for a set number of months. At Heart & Soul Pet Grooming, we schedule full-service grooming appointments 4 months in advance. Once all slots are reserved, the block scheduling period for those months closes. It reopens on the 1st day of the final block scheduling month.

For example, our block scheduling for January-April is fully booked. Booking reopens on April 1st for scheduling appointments for the next 4 months, which would be May-August. 📆

🐾 We use this system to create a more consistent scheduling process for our valued clients. It helps us maintain a balanced and manageable schedule, ensuring that we can consistently deliver top-quality care to each and every one of our furry clients without the risk of overbooking. Your fur-babies well-being and our service quality are our top priorities! ❤️📆

🐾 Even if our block scheduling period is fully booked, don't worry! We always have appointments available for our mini services to cater to your pet's needs. 🛁
